This is a protected and intentional space where wellness is rooted in rest, community care, and embodied empowerment.
In the warmth of the sauna, we gather to release, reconnect, and remember the strength of softness. With gentle aromatherapy, mindful silence, and grounding rituals, this session invites you to come as you are - no expectations, no performance, just space to breathe and be.
What to expect:
- A quiet, held environment free from external pressures or judgment.
- Optional guided elements like breathwork, intention setting, or gentle sound.
- Body autonomy, freedom and spaciousness.
- A community of care, where all FLINTA* identities are honoured and welcomed.
- Optional nudity, always approached with clarity and respect.
- Post-sauna tea and space to land, or share quietly with others.
This is more than a sauna, it’s a form of resistance, rest, and reclamation.
