Flight Leadership

The purpose of this course is to equip newly assigned, or soon to be assigned, Flight Commanders and Flight Chiefs with leadership tools and skills that will help when taking the position. It is a 3-day course that will allow participants to network and discuss the various issues/topics they may see leading a flight. The course is derived for the AU Flight Leadership course curriculum and covers topics such as: Organizational Culture, Conflict Management, Leading Change, Leading in a Crisis, Civilian Personnel, EPB/OPBs, Discipline, Cognitive Bias, as well as various leadership panels.
