Join Nikie for a 75 minute class that will focus on the basics of arm and hand balances. No previous experience required but a regular physical (yoga asana or other movement style) practice will be helpful. Each week we will work on strength, flexibility, balance, and control. As you come back assignments will be personalized to your flight desires.
