In the final part of our Flexibility Series, we’ll explore how to transition mindfully into more advanced yoga postures—such as full bow, drop backs, and forearm stand—by deepening the foundational techniques introduced in previous workshops.
This class is open to everyone, whether or not you attended Workshop 1 or 2. It’s also beginner-friendly, with modifications and supportive guidance offered throughout. The focus will be on refining alignment, developing strength and control, and building confidence in your body’s natural capacity.
Lucie’s approach helps you move past fear or limitation through awareness and clear technique. If you’ve ever thought advanced poses were out of reach, this is your invitation to explore them safely and with joy.
