CONTENT
- Warm-up including joint preparation and conditioning focused on the lower body
- Active flexibility techniques to increase range of motion and prepare for sustainable splits training
- A structured sequence targeting hip flexors, adductors, glutes and hamstrings and covering flexion/extension, internal/external rotations
- Some peak positions such as front/side splits, the lotus, the pike and the pancake. Please note that this workshop will however not necessarily devote a lot of time to those positions, although each drill will be put in relation to those end-goals.

- A well-rounded hip workout with individualised coaching in a small group (10 max)
- Collective warm-ups, conditionning, cool-downs & occasional paired work when relevant
- A beautiful and cosy space with yoga mats available
