CONTENT
- Warm-up including joint preparation and conditioning focused on the lower body
- Active flexibility techniques to increase mobility (range + strength) sustainably
- Week to week, a structured progression of drills focused on adductors, glutes and hamstrings and covering the peak position techniques of the pancake and side splits

- Individualised coaching in a small group (7 max) committed to the full course for better training continuity and efficiency
- Collective warm-ups, conditionning, cool-downs & occasional paired work when relevant
