Enhance your flexibility, core strength and stability by joining this stretching and Pilates-style class. As we lengthen through the body to stretch the muscles, we will incorporate movements that focus on control and strengthening of those muscles. Explore your range of motion and challenge mobility as we improve your balance, allowing you to better perform everyday movement! This class is suitable for all fitness levels, as movements can be modified to match your abilities.Instructor: Karley Eason
