About this Event
Join us for our Pilates Sessions - a mix of mind-body low-impact exercises that concentrates on strengthening the body focused on core strength.
This session is designed to help to improve general fitness and overall well-being with emphasis on posture, balance and flexibility. It is a functional movement that helps you move better on a day-to-day basis while doing everyday tasks.
