culinary evening invites guests to dine just metres from the water in stunning Horseshoe Bay.
Expect the salt air, the crash of the waves, and a four-course seafood menu crafted by Executive
Chef Taryn Linke, paired expertly with locally distilled rum from South Australia's own Mad Monkey
Distillery.
In celebration of National Rum Day, each course will be matched with one of Mad Monkeys'
small-batch rums - and guests will have the rare opportunity to meet Alec McDowall, Head Distiller
and Founder of Mad Monkey. Alec will be on hand throughout the evening to share insights into the
art of rum making and answer any questions about the pairings and distillery process.
