DRAGONAUTS CREW 333 invites all Scouting America Youth at least 13 years old by JUNE 1, 2025 interested in Cooking and/or the Nova STEM Program to join them at their Annual Fleet Week Retreat (Campout) FOR ONE OR TWO OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

(1) Learn more about the Venturing program of Scouting America.

(2) Complete Cooking Merit Badge Requirements #1, #2, #3, and #7 with Cooking Merit Badge Counselor.

(3) Be inspired to learn new recipes from AVENGERS MCU to replicate for Cooking Merit Badge Requirements #4, #5, and #6 to be completed by August 31, 2025, or for the Venturing Ranger Award Cooking Core Requirement.

(4) Complete Canoeing Merit Badge Requirements.

(5) Complete Journalism, Citizenship In Society and Citizenship In The Community Merit Badge Requirements.

(6) Earn 2-Camping Nights + Aquatics Hours towards (a) National Outdoor Achievement Award + (b) Camping Merit Badge.

(7) Complete Communication Merit Badge Requirements.

(8) Complete requirements for the Nova Techology Award for their program level:

**PREREQUISITES FOR OTHER MERIT BADGES WILL BE SHARED VIA EMAIL ON MARCH 15, APRIL 15, AND MAY 15. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL BOX BY THE 17TH OF EACH MONTH BETWEEN MARCH AND MAY.

1) All Scouts who are not yet 14 years old BY JUNE 1, 2025 must be accompanied by ONE ADULT registered to their Scouting America UNIT at the maximum ratio of 4 SCOUTS TO 1-Scouting America ADULT (21+)

5) Everyone - Scouting America YOUTH and Scouting America ADULT attending must bring their own completed copy of the following:

(A) Activity Waiver to check in on May 24:
(B) Scouting America Health Form AB to check in on May 24:

6) EVERYONE WHO IS 18 YEARS OLD AND UP must email a screenshot of their Scouting America Membership Card showing their Scouting America ID and position within their unit BY MAY 15, 2025.

8) SCHEDULE OF EVENTS WILL BE SHARED WITH ROSTER VIA THE EVENTBRITE EMAIL PLATFORM PER YOUTH PRIVACY AND YOUTH PROTECTION PROTOCOLS ON MAY 15 AT 2:00 PM.

9) EVERYONE ATTENDING MUST BE NAMED ON THE ROSTER AS THEMSELVES.

The Roster is sent to the Camp Director on May 20 along with screen shots of Membership Cards of everyone who is 18 years old and up.

Any name that is incorrect on the roster will not be allowed to check in on May 24.
