No Boundaries (“Nobo’s”) is Fleet Feet Chico’s signature beginner training program—designed for anyone who wants to start running, build confidence, and successfully complete their first 5K. Thousands of runners have trained with us over the years, many beginning with Nobo and progressing to 10K, half marathon, and even marathon programs. Your journey can start here, too!
Over 9 weeks, our dedicated coaches will guide you through a gradual run/walk training plan that safely builds endurance and keeps the process fun and encouraging. You’ll train alongside other beginners, forming a truly supportive, social, and inspiring team.
Program Kickoff: Informational Meeting + Fun Walk
Saturday, January 3rd • 7:30 AM • Fleet Feet Chico
Meet the coach, learn what the program includes, and head out on a light walk to experience how our workouts are structured. Bring a friend and get a feel for the community!
This program fills quickly—register early to secure your spot.
Training Schedule
Wednesdays at 6:15 PM
Saturdays at 7:30 AM
Locations vary around Chico and will be emailed weekly.

Requirements
Ability to walk for 30 minutes
Healthy enough to begin light running (doctor’s clearance recommended if needed)
Ages 16+ may join with a participating adult
The first workouts begin with a run/walk structure, gradually increasing your running intervals as your endurance improves.
