Ready to conquer your first 5K or 10K? Our training group starts soon! 🏃♂️Fleet Feet Vacaville’s 5K/10K Training Group is perfect whether you’re coming off the couch or building endurance with a strong running base. Our welcoming community and RRCA-certified coaches will guide you every step of the way.
🎯 Goal Race: Loop the Lagoon – April 25
Participation in the race is optional and race entry is not included with registration.
✨ Choose Your Group
• 5K: Couch-to-5K, interval-based (walkers welcome!)
• 10K: Starts at 3 miles (participants should be able to run 3 miles at the start)
📅 Schedule
• Group runs: Thursdays 6:15pm & Saturdays 8:00am
• Info Night: Thursday, Feb 12 @ 6:15pm
• Training begins: Monday, Feb 16
