This full basket is for our weekend to cook and serve the Sunday meal at Southside Community Center San Marcos. We will serve BBQ chicken, a vegetable mix, and Mexican rice. Anyone is welcome to help cook and/or serve. The kitchen fun will start up at about 1 at the church. (chicken is cooked ahead and just needs to heat). We will then meet up at 3:30 at Southside. The cooking isn't terribly involved... there is very little chopping to do on this one. There is lots of time to visit while it happens, and you get a free lesson in Pastor Tim's jazz-style cooking.
