Come join us for a night of delicious modern Zimbabwean cuisine and complimentary drinks at The Fumbally Stables! Our launch event promises to be a culinary journey through the flavours of the region, featuring locally sourced ingredients.
Zimbabwean Born, Chef Roland Mupotsa has carefully curated a menu that showcases the diverse and vibrant flavours and ingredients from Zimbabwe, southern Africa. Specialising in utilising seasonal, locally available ingredients, Chef Mupotsa crafted a Four-Stage Dining Experience with a Sweet Finish . The meal also features thoughtfully selected wine pairings (by Pamwechete Collective) and artisanal cocktails (Chef Rolands own recipes).
