Take your taste buds on a journey across the Iberian Peninsula at Flavors of the Peninsula – An Iberian Wine Night, hosted at Seared Chophouse on Wednesday, September 17th. This special evening will highlight five beautifully selected wines from Spain and Portugal, each paired with five distinctive hors d’oeuvres crafted by Chef Spencer.
Jimmy from Winebow Wines will guide the wine experience, sharing stories and insights about the Iberian region’s bold reds, crisp whites, and unique varietals that perfectly complement each bite.
Event Details:
- 6:00–7:00 PM: Cocktail Hour – Kick things off with a Mediterranean-inspired welcome cocktail.
- 7:00–9:00 PM: Wine Pairing – Savor five elevated hors d’oeuvres, each thoughtfully paired with a regional wine.
