On the menu tonight:
Marmikato: fish stew that was eaten on tuna fishing boats in the Cantabrian Sea. Today it is a simple dish that can make a whole dinner in one dish! With tuna, potatoes, onions, peppers, and tomatoes
Poulet Basquaise, stewed chicken legs in red pepper and tomato sauce. Very Traditional dish from the region, with a strong French influence!
Basque Cheesecake: It’s virtually impossible to mess up this easy recipe! The burnt top is a must, making it a way less finicky cheesecake to bake!
$129+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)
Special cancelation policy applying to this event: No refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued in case of cancelation, but you can send somebody in your place. Contact us if you can not come, we may have someone on waitlist (if the spot is filled, you will get a refund)
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any diet or allergy concern. No accommodations can be arranged for this event, but you are welcome to participate and learn something new!
