Chef Brian (Chef Brian's Comfort Kitchen), a former Top Chef contestant, launched his first restaurant in Washington, D.C. and since then, his culinary expertise has taken him from the East Coast to the Southwest, where he has been featured on shows like Bar Rescue and Private Chefs of Beverly Hills.
The story behind Chef Brian’s food is just as important as the flavor. Growing up in poor neighborhoods in Washington, D.C., he fell in love with cooking shows and making meals for his family. This inspired him to pursue a career in the culinary arts, initially working at Domino’s before becoming a personal chef for renowned figures like Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige, and Eddie Murphy.

Chef Cort (Cookin wit Cort), is a Tucson, AZ native and the creative force behind Cookinwitcort, a catering business specializing in soul food but offering so much more. With a deep passion for giving people a taste of home and creating family-like feelings through her dishes, Cortnie pours love and care into every meal. Dedicated to sharing her gift with the Tucson community and beyond, she brings comfort, flavor, and a sense of belonging to every event she serves.

Chef Patty (Lasgidi Cafe), head chef of Lasgidi Cafe, the valley's first woman owned Nigerian-American food truck! Lasgidi Cafe began catering small parties and events in 2016. Since 2018, the business has expanded to include in person and virtual cooking classes, private chef dining, a unique culinary dining experience titled: "OWAMBE", household cooking products, and our specialty sauce, AYILATA.
She launched her food truck in February 2023 and recently won BEST OF PHOENIX 2024- BEST AFRICAN FOOD! Lasgidi Cafe aims to trend set African culture and cuisine by making Nigerian food for everyone!
