Terms and Conditions for Tropicana Alam Flash Raya Concert
1. Introduction:
These terms and conditions govern your participation and attendance at the open free concert (hereinafter referred to as "Flash Raya Concert") organized by Tropicana Alam (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"). By attending the Concert, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Admission:
Admission to the Concert is free and open to all individuals. However, entry is subject to venue capacity limitations and on a first-come, first-served basis. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual from the Concert for reasons including but not limited to misconduct, violation of rules, or security concerns.
3. Age Restrictions:
The Concert is open to individuals of all ages. However, children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
4. Conduct:
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards others. Any form of disruptive behavior, including but not limited to violence, harassment, or intoxication, will not be tolerated, and the Organizer reserves the right to take appropriate action, including eviction from the Concert premises.
5. Security Measures:
The Organizer will implement necessary security measures to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees. Attendees are required to cooperate with security personnel and adhere to all security protocols and instructions.
6. Liability:
Attendees who are participating the Concert, are solely at their own risk. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft that may occur during the Concert, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Indemnity
Attendees undertake to indemnify and keep safe the Organizer from any or all payments, expenses, costs and legal fees from and for any and all claims and liability from losses or damage to property or injury to person occasioned wholly or in party by or resulting from any acts or omissions by the Participant for any cause or reason whatsoever arising out of or by reason of the usage of the events, services and facilities.
8. Image and Likeness Release:
By attending the Concert, you grant the Organizer the right to use any photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the Concert for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation or further consent.
9. Changes and Cancellations:
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Concert program, including performers, schedule, or venue, without prior notice. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the Concert due to unforeseen circumstances, the Organizer shall not be liable for any consequential losses or expenses incurred by attendees.
10. Compliance with Laws:
Attendees must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances while attending the Concert.
11. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
By attending the Concert, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
