Have you always wanted to run or walk a 5K but didn't know how to begin training?

If you answered "Yes" to any of the above, our Winter 5K Training Program is perfect for you. In 8 weeks, meeting twice a week, our fun program will help you walk, walk-run or run across the finish line at the Flannel 5K Race on Saturday, December 13, 2025.

Often the first step is the hardest. The camaraderie of a group and the experience of your coaches and mentors is great support toward healthier habits and lifestyle. This program is designed for all levels and abilities of runners and walkers. It's not about pace or speed or who's first or last; it's about effort and making a lifestyle change and continuing to move forward.
