Learn and actively participate in the experience of creating your own unique sea turtle figurines through flameworking. Students in this workshop will be guided through the process of forming multiple sea turtles utilizing an interesting color palette and design options. The movement and nature of melting and shaping solid glass into a recognizable form will be a primary and enriching focus of this class, with the end result being a great time and your handmade creatures.

This workshop is entirely approachable from a beginner-level perspective and those with some experience behind the torch will find benefit from it as well.

All materials are included in the tuition. No experience is necessary. Appropriate for students aged 13 and up. Students under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please note that the flameworking studio is temperature controlled to a comfortable setting which is a nice reprieve from the heat in the summer!
