WE SUPPLY: everything you'll need to play a full game with a small(ish) force
We'll have everything on hand to show you the basics of how to play this 15mm-scale World War 2 miniatures game that brings Company-level actions to the tabletop! ('Company Level' refers to a fighting force of several platoons and support: usually 20-40 tanks and roughly 100-150 soldiers or any combination of the two.)
For beginner games, we usually play games of about a half-company in size, and we put our focus more on tanks and light vehicles.
TEACHING GAMES + REGULAR GAMES!
We'll have tables open for both teaching tables, where we provide everything, as well as regular gaming (army sizes set to 100pts).
This will be an afternoon geared towards:
- People who may or may not already know about Flames of War but are interested in giving the game a try!
- Flames of War players looking to play a fairly casual pick-up game on a Sunday afternoon
- Flames of War enthusiasts looking to join up in an established (albeit currently small) community of other Flames of War players.
