F lame Con is back for it's 10th year and we are so excited to welcome so many new and returning exhibitors to the Sheraton Times Square in New York City.
If you are claiming a Community Table you can still select the "Get Tickets" button to claim it as long as you have your exclusive access code or link.
Flame Con 2023 general table sales are currently closed.
I f for any reason you were unable to secure a table, you will have the opportunity to join our waitlist from February 20 through April 30, 2023. I f you have any questions, please reach out to us at [email protected].
Table & Badge Info:
- A Half Table is 3 feet long and includes one (1) Exhibitor Pass and (1) chair. Half tables may not be shared.
- A Standard Table is 6 feet long and includes two (2) Exhibitor Passes (2) chairs. Standard tables may be shared with another exhibitor if you choose.
- A Premium Table is 8 feet long and includes four (4) Exhibitor Passes and (4) chairs. Premium tables may be shared with up to 3 other exhibitors if you choose.
All tables come with table linens, but you are welcome to supply your own. Exhibitors may purchase a maximum of one table. Exhibitors may not transfer or sell their table to another party.
