The parade begins at 10:00 AM at the corner of La Mesa Blvd., University Ave. and Memorial Dr. and heads west through the La Mesa Village along La Mesa Blvd to Acacia Ave.Please note that parking lots at MacArthur Park, the Adult Enrichment Center and parts of the Civic Center complex will be closed for event staging.
