Nothing says the holidays like bubbles in your glass. But sparkling wine isn’t just Champagne — there’s a whole world of fizz to explore!

Join Sommelier Leslee Miller (owner of + ) for a festive evening of sparkle, perfect for the holiday season. In this class, we’ll pop bottles from across the globe + discover the many styles of sparkling wine — from the elegant classics to the fresh, fun + festively affordable.

The difference between Champagne, Cava, Crémant, Prosecco, Sekt + other sparklings.
Why sparkling wines are the most versatile food pairing wines (yes, even with fried chicken, popcorn + french fries!)
