About this Event
We're excited to announce a KINSTRETCH class hosted at The Kitchen, specifically for pickleball players! Our class will be led by Brian Murray and Andres Ubach from Motive Training ATX (just a block away from The Kitchen).
This class will focus on building the mobility, strength, and resilience needed to excel at pickleball. Through targeted joint work, dynamic stretches, and controlled movements, you'll improve your range of motion, enhance your agility, and reduce the risk of common injuries associated with the sport.
Areas of focus:
- Hips & Spine: Learn how to move your hips to reduce back strain and improve agility. Don't throw your back out bending over for a dink; learn to move with purpose and see your game transform.
- Elbows & Shoulders: We'll teach you how to move, stretch, and load your elbows and shoulders to improve speed and reduce overuse injuries (e.g., shoulder impingement or tennis/golf elbow).
