Darn your holey socks, replace that broken zip and share your expertise over a cup of tea.

Over the summer the Farrell Centre will be host to the Fix-It Café. Originally held at the Star and Shadow, the Fix-it Café provides a space for people to come together to mend, chat and share expertise. These sessions will be facilitated by Maz who will be able to offer his fixing expertise. Spare zips, buttons, threads and screws will be available.

Important information

This workshop runs 11.00 – 13.00, however participants can drop-in at any point between these times.

About BUILDING

The Farrell Centre presents BUILDING: An exhibition under construction which will transform the exhibition galleries into live making spaces in an exploration of the process of building.

The exhibition emerges from the major research project Translating Ferro / Transforming Knowledges of Architecture, Design and Labour for the New Field of Production Studies (TF/TK).
