A gentle series of evening practices to calm the mind, balance emotions, and reconnect with inner stillness. Each evening offers a different theme, drawing from yoga, meditation, and ancient practices. Open to all — no prior experience needed.

4 November – Trataka (Candle Gazing) 🕯
Focus: Training concentration, quieting the mind, and deepening inner stillness.
11 November – Mantra & Sound Meditation
Focus: Letting vibrations guide you into focus, clarity, and connection to higher energy.
18 November – Yoga Nidra / Guided Relaxation
Focus: Entering deep rest, subconscious healing, and a gentle inner journey.
