Abigail is a labour, employment, and regulatory lawyer at McInnes Cooper in Saint John, New Brunswick. She helps employers navigate their legal obligations and defend legal proceedings in areas such as layoffs and terminations, human rights, workplace accommodations, and occupational health and safety. She also guides employers on managing the workplace through legally compliant workplace policies such as leave of absence, attendance management, performance management, and harassment policies. Abigail counsels employers on how to protect their business interests through legal agreements including confidentiality, intellectual property, non-competition, non-solicitation, employment and independent contractor agreements.
