The Five Elements – earth, water, fire, wind, and space – are the foundation of all life. They exist in the outer world, within our body, and within our mind. When these elements are balanced, harmony arises; when they are disturbed, we experience suffering, illness, and emotional imbalance. In this online live and replay retreat, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche will guide us into the heart of the Five Elements Healing Meditation, based on Naropa’s profound teachings on the balance of the outer, inner, and secret elements.
Through visualization, mantra, breath, and posture, Rinpoche will teach us how to balance the elements in all three dimensions of our being: the physical body, the mind, and the meditative awareness.
We will explore how the elements influence our health, emotions, and energy as they change with age and seasons, and how reconnecting with their natural power brings healing, strength, and inner peace.
Join us for this transformative retreat and experience the harmony of the elements within and around you. You will receive video recordings of all retreat sessions, allowing you to revisit the teachings and deepen the practice at your own pace.
