The full immersive experience that changes lives. In a trauma-informed setting, over five week days, serving and ex-serving defence personnel and first responders who are grappling with mental health challenges (like yourself) will come together to learn horsemanship skills and harness the healing power of working with Thoroughbred ex-racehorses. No previous horse experience required and we work on the ground with the horses not riding. Join us to discover more peace, self-confidence, presence and connection—away from the stressors of everyday life.
If possible we recommend attending the One Day Intro program first before a Five Day Residential program but not essential—particularly if you are needing to travel some way to get to the Southern Highlands, NSW.
Times: Five days, Monday arrive 10:30am and Friday leave 10:30am
Food: Includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and drinks (the feedback on the catering is awesome!)
Accommodation: Four nights of accommodation
