First Course
Susumaniello Sparkling Rosé: Bright and intense coral pink with a nose of small red berries. Pink flowers and aromatic Mediterranean herbs. Fresh, crispy, with creamy bubbles.
Grilled oysters with garlic, butter & parmesan
Second Course
Conti Zecca Luna Chardonnay Blend: Intense fragrance of exotic fruits and vanilla; rich with a persistent finish.
Warm wild mushroom salad with arugula
Third Course
Conti Zecca Refugio Primitivo: Delicate hints of ripe red fruit accompanied by sweet notes of spice. Soft, warm and persistent, pleasantly tannic.
Handmade orecchiette with broccoli rabe and house made Italian sausage
Fourth Course
Conti Zecca Cantalupi Susumaniello: Red berry fruit with vegetal notes; balanced with smooth tannins, very elegant and persistent wine with sense of place.
Wild boar braciole, stuffed with fresh herbs and Italian cheese, wrapped in proscuitto and braised in tomato sauce
Fifth Course
Masca Del Tacco Minutolo: Very bright pale yellow and consistent. Of extraordinary intensity and freshness on the nose, fruity & spicy.
