First Course: Smoked Duck Pastrami - Early autumn huckleberry jam, orange, coffee, chocolate
Second Course: Rabbit terrine - manor hill beer mustard, artisan toast
Third Course: Beer Braised Duck leg - confit leg, pommes puree, grain mustard jus, crispy leeks
Fourth Course: Venison Loin - charred trevisano, winter squash variations, sauce perigeuex, truffle
Fifth Course: Chocolate cake - Vanilla cremeaux, condensed milk espuma, pistachio almond praline
