Dance Yourself Fit! Fitsteps has been created by Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite and mixes the graceful steps of Ballroom and the up-tempo styles of Latin dances to create fun-filled classes where you don’t even realise you’re getting fit.Classes are welcoming and friendly and there’s no need to book, just pop along. The Cafe will be open as well in case you fancy a nice cuppa after your class!
