FITNP2 Vet Chat is a women veteran peer support group hosted in collaboration with Endeavors.
The purpose of the Vet Chat is to improve the quality of life for women veterans, help build a network of friends and intimate relationships, and provide the framework for a strong social support system based on a common bond of military service.

Founder of The Still State Meditation & Mindfulness Instruction, Marcy Westcott spent 20 years in sales and service management with American Honda Motor Company. There she experienced first hand how stress and anxiety in the workplace affects both the well-being of people and a business’s bottom line.
Over the last 18 years as an entrepreneur, Marcy has served in leadership positions on boards of non-profits and civic organizations. She is certified as a Meditation & Mindfulness Instructor (CMMI) through the McLean Meditation Institute and has advanced certification in training mindfulness in the workplace.
Marcy is an international meditation teacher and has been published on LinkedIn, Elephant Journal, and Thrive Global. She is a popular podcast guest. Marcy was a finalist for the NAWBO 2023 Women’s Business Awards. She works with individuals, businesses, and organizations and is dedicated to helping women improve their well-being and quality of life both personally and professionally. Her mission is to help end suffering at home and at work. Her training programs enable individuals, businesses, and organizations to enhance perspective and improve culture to reduce workplace stress and bring awareness to the importance of employee well-being.
