You’ll get a high-energy workout class with a live DJ — Led by Bridget Lewis, Santa Barbara’s Women’s Strength Specialist who is focused on bone density and pelvic floor.
Then sit down for a powerful, live health talk from Stanford-trained, board-certified physician Dr. Barry Sanchez, founder of From Within.

This isn’t another workout class...... it’s an upgrade for your health.
