Fitness Portal Strong Life TotalThis competition will be run in a weightlifting/powerlifting style format. Each competitor will get three attempts in each lift to find their total.
You don’t need to be affiliated with Weightlifting NZ to compete in the Fitness Portal Strong Life total Competition. To complete a Strong Life Total you will need to complete the following 5 lifts on the 14th December:
Snatch | Clean & Jerk | Back Squat | Bench Press | Deadlift
If you wish to compete in the Weightlifting Club competition earlier in the day, you will use the results of your Snatch and Clean & Jerk from that session towards your Strong Life total. If you only sign up to the Strong Life Total you will complete all 5 lifts after 12:30pm.
Competition winners will be decided with the Sinclair calculator for Weightlifting and Wilks Calculator for Powerlifting
When: Saturday 14th December 2024.
Weigh in: 12pm.
Lifting starts: 12:30pm.

Cost: $40 per lifter. (If you are competing in the Weightlifting NZ competition and will be completing your Snatch and Clean & Jerk in the morning event, please use the code STRONGLIFE for 50% off the sign up fee)
Spectators are FREE.
Live Stream is also FREE so don’t sign up anywhere else.
Entries are limited to 27 lifters, all others will be waitlisted.
