CLASS RESERVATIONS NOW OPEN FOR JUNE
Start your morning with a sense of community and wellness as our Fitness on the Plaza series returns with instructors from . A series of Yoga, Spin, and Barre classes will be offered, beginning promptly at 8:00 a.m. on Saturdays before the Farmer's Market. The series will run weekly, beginning June 4th through August 27th, on Wynkoop Plaza in front of Denver Union Station.
Select classes may require a reservation fee, all other classes will be FREE to the community but space is limited, so please register through Eventbrite to secure your spot.

SPIN | June 4, June 18
Power 45 Spin with Rachael: High-intensity 45-minute cardio workout in which you will pedal through hill climbs, sprints, jumps, and other challenging drills all to the beat of high-energy music! *THIS CLASS REQUIRES A RESERVATION FEE FOR YOUR BIKE. SPACE IS LIMITED. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND*
SUNRISE YOGA | June 11
Sunrise Yoga with Rebecca: Salute the sun with a gentle, yet energizing series of postures aimed to increase flexibility and strength. This class will also reduce physical tightness and tension in the body. Fun and non-intimidating options for newer students.
BARRE | June 25
Barre Class with Eliane: Barre combines Pilates, yoga and Ballet Barre work to strengthen and lengthen your muscles, consisting of small precise movements providing a full body workout and creates visible results and flexibility. You will leave class feeling stronger and more balanced than ever.
ENERGIZING FLOW YOGA | *Coming soon
Energizing Flow Yoga with Michelle: Start your morning with a high-vibrational yoga class! We'll wake up the body with sun salutations, then move into creative flows and balancing poses that refresh your body and mind for the day ahead. This is an accessible, all-level class that utilizes props and variations.
TABATA | *Coming soon
Tabata with Megan: Maximize your output with this High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout which aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time. This class will get your heart racing and make you sweat.
Note: Reservations for each month will be released at 10 AM the Monday before the first class of the month.
Due to classes being outdoors, in the event of inclement weather (rain, snow, or hazardous conditions), the class will be canceled. You will be notified via Eventbrite and refunded for any class that requires a fee. For updates in real-time, follow on Instagram.
