Welcome to Fitness on the Green with ! Join us every other Saturday starting May 10th for outdoor fitness sessions!
Get ready to sweat and have fun with our experienced trainer leading the way. This event is perfect for all fitness levels, so don't worry if you're a beginner. Just bring your water bottle, a towel, and a positive attitude!

Our 60-minute workout sessions are designed to work your entire body and are completely beginner-friendly. You'll go at your own pace, and our 2-3 trainers will be there to support you every step of the way!
Weโll kick off with a thorough demonstration and a warm-up before diving into the workout. If itโs your first time, please arrive 20-30 minutes early to meet the trainers and learn the format. This will help you feel confident and prepared, avoiding any confusion during the session.
