Three 20-minute beginner-friendly fitness sessions:
- Pop Queen Cardio with Jared Byrne (dance fitness)
- Step fitness with Mark Wolf (no step required)
- Mighty, a beat-driven cardio and strength, with Dylan Archambault
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Must pre-register to secure your spot. Proceeds going to QMUNITY!
- Located at the šxʷƛ̓ənəq Xwtl’e7énḵ Square (Vancouver Art Gallery - North Plaza)
- Wear comfortable clothing and shoes - you will sweat!
- Bring a refillable water bottle. A water station will be available to fill up!
- Sunglasses are recommended as you are facing the sun for the first part of the evening

QMUNITY is a non-profit organization based in Vancouver, BC that works to improve queer, trans, and Two-Spirit lives—providing a safer space for 2SLGBTQIA+ people and their allies to fully self-express while feeling welcome and included. Their building serves as a catalyst for community initiatives and collective strength.
