exists to share the simple power of being outside and we are looking to double down on that mission during Great Outdoors Month in Seattle. This time of year your gym could be Denny Park, your work from home office could be a picnic table at Myrtle Edwards, or your kitchen could be the beach at Discovery Park.
Join us as we enjoy all the benefits of being in the great outdoors right in the city of Seattle with a bunch of free activities to celebrate that truly Everything is #GreaterOutdoors...Plus RAFFLES at every event for participants.
Come early or stick around after and participate in our fun, engaging and educational outdoor expo all day starting at 11am... all for free!

Compound Body Workout in the Park with Free Flo Fit
Come out to the South Lake Union Discovery Lawn (right next to Denny Park) and get your sweat on with Free Flo Fit. Personal trainers Shontia and Adaeze are going to lead us in some body weight workouts for all ages at the park to work up some sweat equity on the day.
Class Description
Free Flo Fit Workouts is a 60-minute class that focuses on Compound Body movements paired with high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Be prepared to burn a high volume of calories DURING and AFTER the session. Free Flo Fit is promoting healthy habits, and an active lifestyle! Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced in your fitness journey, this class is for YOU!!
There is no better way to cap off Great Outdoors Month than working out in the fresh air.
Make sure to bring your yoga mat if you've got one and/or a towel as well as a bottle of water or just set yourself up on the soft grass and you're good to go.
