We’ve got the perfect way to stay active this summer! Join us and YMCA Buffalo Niagara at Losson Park (Stiglmeier Park) on Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. for Zumba® during #FitnessintheParks. Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats.
Class takes place in the small parking lot before the playground. Please note, participants should bring their own water bottles. No other equipment is required.
