We’ve got the perfect way to stay active this summer! Join us and YMCA Buffalo Niagara at Ellicott Creek on Thursdays at 6 p.m. for Yoga during #FitnessintheParks. Take a breath of relaxation and enjoy gentle, effective postures that promote stretching, strengthening and peace of mind. Benefits include increased blood circulation, improved mental awareness, strengthened muscles and reduced stress. Class takes place near the outdoor fitness center. Please note, participants should bring their own water bottles and mats. No other equipment is required.

Taught by certified YMCA instructors, our fitness classes are great for all ages and skill levels. No sign-up or registration is required – just show up. We’re looking forward to seeing you!
