We’ve got the perfect way to stay active this summer! Join us and YMCA of Jamestown New York at Lucille Ball Memorial Park (Celoron Park) on Wednesdays at 11 a.m. for Strength & Movement during #FitnessintheParks. Get a little bit of everything in this “15/30/15” class – a 15-minute warm-up followed by 30 minutes of bodyweight strength and movement (targeting areas like glutes, abs, and core, which is great for lower back health) and a 15-minute cool-down.Class takes place near the bandshell. Please note, participants should bring their own water bottles and mats. No other equipment is required.
