Tai Chi is a moving meditation in the form of a series of gentle exercises to create harmony and cultivate our inner life energy (qi) to flow smoothly and powerfully through the body.

Bloomington Parks and Recreation is pleased to host drop-in group exercise and fitness classes outdoors on the main stage at Switchyard Park.
No pre-registration required!
$10 per person, per class or $90 for any 10 classes throughout the season. Pay with cash or card onsite.
