Join us on the mat for a free Slow Flow Yoga session with Archetype Yoga on the lawn of Playhouse Village Park. Studio owner Sara Blumenkranz offers a restorative yet playful yoga practice. Great for all levels of practice. Bring your own mat and a water bottle. Don't have a mat? A limited number of mats are available for loan.

We’re bringing a FREE group exercise program every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at Playhouse Village Park, led by local fitness studios.
