About this Event
Get ready for a free High intensity Interval Training (HITT) - Full Body workout with Basecamp Fitness on the lawn of Playhouse Village Park. This all-in, high-energy group workout packs a supercharged calorie burn into just 35 minutes, alternating between heart-thumping cardio to strength moves, modified to your level. Following this workout get focused on 10 minutes of core exercises. Bring a water bottle.
