AID Fitness Hangout in BerlinAfricans in Deutschland(AID) support and connect Africans living in Deutschland.
We promote the African culture, encourage marketing, networking and Entertainment, furthermore, we are also focused on connection, we connect our Africans brothers and sisters to find a potential life partner, promoting African History and Personalities.
The event is all about creating cherished memories, Fitness activities, Networking, Connecting, dance , Yoga, Cardio Dance, food and alot of fun. Its an opportunity to meet other Africans and connect.
We will be having a fitness section with music taken care by a professional award winner fitness couch who is also an AIDian, Seyi Olusore Shedams then after move to a restaurants for lunch/dinner for a buffet including drinks.
This is a great moment to meet people, connect and make meaningful connect that can last a life time.
We will be having the entire Restaurant just for us so come with your dancing shoe as well.
For the fitness, we ask you come with the following
workout/fitness wear,
Your mat or cloth/blanket which should be spread on the floor
a tower in case you sweat.
The fitness will be done outdoor at Körnerpark Neukölln park, just 5 mins walk to the restaurant.
FOOD - Pan African Restaurant located at Kirchhofstraße 41, 12055 Berlin will be our host restaurant. we will be enjoying different African meal .. you can check the website to see the amazing food they make .. We will be having
Buffet (eat as much as you can)
water
soft drinks
and many other goodies await us there..
Children
Children are allowed to event and hey must be accompanied by an adult
