We will meet indoors at the Red Building (Activity Center) across from the church. This fun and informative class will be taught by Lorie (fitness junky and 20 yr veteran hoof care practitioner) and Annette (yoga instructor and horse trainer). Lorie and Annette have ridden their whole lives, teach lessons to people of all ages, and are now middle aged and sore (LOL). Come learn what we've learned over many years of doing it wrong and doing it right. Keeping strong and limber are important. Bring water, a yoga ball, mat or towel, and some workout bands and start getting back into riding shape! Cost is $20.
