About this Event
Ever wanted to go for a fitness class without the stress or anxiety of having to follow instructions, keep up with the class or feel obliged to stay for the whole thing? Baseline Fitness will be running our first ever mental health centric fitness session with only two rules, show up on time, and respect every participant’s right to engage in the class.
This 50 minute session will consist basic exercises with strength and cardio elements that will be easy to follow. It’s meant for anyone who is trying to get started with exercise or simply wants to try a fitness session with few rules. Feel like lying down, doing more reps of a particular exercise, resting for a longer period of time or leaving? Please feel free to do so. The most important thing is to do what your body tells you. You are in control and our coaches are there simply as facilitators and for your safety.
