The breathtaking Norfolk coast provides the perfect backdrop for our beach Battle PT sessions, and our gym is equipped with a variety of tools to challenge you during circuit and strength training workouts.
In every challenging adventure, fun is essential, and our legendary indoor games night guarantees plenty of laughter. The experience wraps up with an informal dinner at a local restaurant.
